Support Collectors is a Minnesota-based company that helps people collect unpaid child support and alimony payments.
The current website design is getting a little worse for wear. Lots of functionality and content has changed significantly since this iteration was conceived about four years ago. A complete redesign and overhaul is in process right now.
I wear a lot of hats for this client. I’ve done quite a bit of backend work, including: a custom built CRM and client intake system, custom email autoresponders, CMS development and integration with external systems. We also do quite a lot of permission-based email marketing and PPC ad management. A good deal of their business comes to them through the website, so search visibility is also a constant concern.
